1. ‘Click Here‘ to set up credentials, share personal information with us and complete the FDIC insurance quiz.

2. Complete the application, training video on FDIC Products (you don’t have to watch all of it), and the seven-question multiple choice test on FDIC products. If you need help, our Axos Bank Relationship Manager can walk you through the FDIC quiz over the phone.

3. Once the personal info submitted and FDIC quiz done, our Axos Bank Relationship Manager will send out a DocuSign with our advisor compliance document.  Once that is completed the Axos support team will onboard you, then our Axos Relationship Manager will be in touch to walk you through the dashboard and account enrollment process.

Note: If you have an assistant who will be calling us for client information, please have them sign under the area labeled “Designee”.
